Responsibilities & Context

Job context: The Group of Company is looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of AGM/DGM-Administration. This role is responsible for leading the company’s overall Admin & compliance function.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To plan for best practices in the organization as per business objectives by ensuring related policies.
  • To develop and implement an annual agenda for the Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring Admin plans.
  • To create and periodically review the admin policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
  • To develop a strategy to establish appropriate Admin processes and practices in the organization as per management’s directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
  • To Implement security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees and visitors.
  • To lead the admin and compliance team by ensuring the team is fully aware of their role and expectations & ensure discipline and proper administrative control in the corporate office & factory.
  • To monitor, review and implement policies and practices related to employee welfare.
  • To implement various employee engagement initiatives to keep the workforce motivated, succession plan and with high morale.
  • To ensure security systems-related areas of the organization.
  • Liaison with Local Govt. Authority, Law and order enforcing agencies as and when required.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management
