Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management with reputed organizations [health care industry experience will be preferred but not essential].
Experience of leading and managing large-scale ERP projects.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, networks, and systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate & build relationships with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage implementation of HIS system in our hospitals and diagnostic centers across Bangladesh.
Collaborate with department heads to identify specific customization needs and ensure that the system meets the company’s requirements.
Ensure the HIS system complies with regulatory requirements and standards.
Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan.
Oversee the design and maintenance of the overall technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud solutions.
Ensure optimal cloud resource management, including budgeting, performance monitoring, and vendor relationships.
Architect and implement cloud solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Develop/ manage project budget, including capital and operational expenses.
Implement best practices, industry standards for IT security & data privacy.
