Responsible for overall activities from cutting to shipment related to production and operation.
Ensure 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
Manage tasks for smooth production, final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
Monitor order status and conduct regular meetings with merchandising & marketing for order planning.
Build a highly motivated workforce to achieve targets.
Establish discipline and proper housekeeping on production floors.
Optimize utilization of manpower and machinery.
Implementing Standard MMR for operations.
Ensure line balancing as per layout, time, and motion study for all styles.
Communicate directly with top management when issues arise.
Responsible for effective Production planning and efficient implementation.
Building relationship with Merchandising department, others department & production people for smooth operation.
Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for achieve target production.
Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
