Maintain detailed records and reports on quality control processes, including inspection results, non-conformance reports, and quality improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of machine costing, finishing and packing.
Knowledge of Furniture Testing Machines and its operation·
Have to responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating furniture items at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Systematic inspections of furniture items throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products, to identify any defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards.
Collaborate with the production team to establish and communicate quality control standards and guidelines·
Identify and document any defects, variations, or non-conformities in products, components, or materials·
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in furniture production.
Address quality issues with suppliers as needed.
Continuously monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes as necessary.
