Lead and develop an effective team of QA & QC staff who are responsible for all quality-related assignments/issues.
Develop and improve existing QC systems to meet international standards and ensure production outputs align with company specifications.
Control and ensure the quality of sewing, finishing, and packing as per customers’ preconditions.
Liaison with the buyers regarding major quality issues Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with the audit and pre-inspection teams. Control, execute, and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish the quality and reliability objectives of the finished product.
Check daily reports analyze and provide feedback for corrective and productive action. Supervise subcontract-related garment production and quality.
Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, and some other departments.
Ensure safety, quality,, and compliance activities in the workplace.
Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time. Develop training materials and provide training to all concerns regularly.
Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, zero NC, identify training needs, and manage their career development.
