Garments, Textile, Buying House, Garments Accessories

Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
Determining operational and performance qualification.
Maintain and improve product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support.
Collaborate with other departments to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.
Conduct audit and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
Maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures.
Analyze statistical data to determine present standards and ensure required quality before shipment.
Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
Follow up and review first output garment measurement report against the sample.
Take necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen.
Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to quality team.
Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
Report any deviation in QA system to the management
