  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities & Context

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to maximize performance and revenue.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to optimize sales plans.

Business Development:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and ensure their achievement.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and skill development programs.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and objections professionally and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing deals.
  • Monitor sales progress, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Compliance & Coordination:

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and real estate regulations.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and project teams to streamline sales operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams for promotional activities.
