• Drive business growth by identifying new markets, customers, and opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the industry.
