Requirements

Education

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience

  Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Experience in same or equivalent position will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven track record of managing large teams.
• Basic knowledge in Excel.
• Must be Hard Worker, Self Motivated, Target Oriented.

Responsibilities & Context

Sajeeb Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced “AGM/ DGM- Sales (Food & Beverage)” to lead one of our two local sales groups.

Responsibilities:

• To Lead and oversee sales groups, taking full responsibility for achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
• Planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, controlling, reviewing and reporting overall activities of the assign Sales Group as per management requirements.
• Identifying sales opportunities and reaching out to new clients.
• Achieving the sales target.
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor the monthly sales performance of all zones, and take necessary action in case of deviations from the target.
• Distribute the daily sales target and achieve it.
• Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staff.
• Movement scheduling of sales staff and monitoring their movement.
• Counseling and disciplining sales staff in the assigned group.
• Visit the dealer point when required.
