Responsibilities & Context
- Capability to run production independently.
- sample development, plan and delivery.
- Ensure the quality during bulk production period & control rejection.
- Ability to solve production related problems.
- Review plan on daily basis and wherever required to ensure best support.Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
- Technical solution in bulk production for different types of print.
- Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management.
- Ensure sample development, plan and delivery.
- Ability to solve production related problems.
- Derive the monthly production plan as per garments schedule and run smoothly to meet the deadline.
- Line Feeding & Operator training for skill development.
- Size set make and follow up, Pattern checking and amendment.
- Ability to communicate foreign customer.
