Additional Requirements

Responsible to manage and Supervise overall Yarn Dyeing unit.
Responsible to ensure that the department operates efficiently, meets production targets, maintains high-quality standards, and contributes to the overall success of the organization.
Responsible to implementing and monitoring quality control processes to maintain high standards in dyeing.
Responsible to continuously analyze and improve dyeing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize waste, optimize the use of chemicals, water, and energy, and enhance sustainability.
Responsible to selecting and ensuring correct combination of dyes and other chemical in consultation with R&D.
Responsible to ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.
Oversee the management of waste, water treatment, and other environmental aspects to minimize the ecological footprint of the dyeing operations.
Work closely with other departments and head of processing such as R&D, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Logistics to ensure alignment on production goals and customer requirements.
Provide regular updates to CEO on production status, quality issues, and operational performance.
Lead and manage special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, product quality, or market competitiveness.
Ensure that all products meet customer specifications and quality standards, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction.
