Job Context:

ACI Premio Plastics Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional in the role of Assistant General Manager to lead factory operations at one of its key manufacturing sites. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing productivity, while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end factory operations including production planning, scheduling, and execution.
Ensure production targets are met as per company standards with a focus on cost, quality, and efficiency.
Monitor machine utilization, manpower efficiency, and raw material consumption to reduce wastage.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize equipment downtime.
Lead and supervise production teams, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
Implement lean manufacturing practices, process improvement initiatives, and SOPs across the production floor.
Coordinate with Head Office teams (Planning, SCM, QC, Accounts) for smooth operational flow.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies inside the factory.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, inventory records, and daily production logs.
Identify skill gaps and provide guidance, training, and motivation to factory staff.
Maintain strong liaison with local vendors, service providers, and support functions as required.
