Requirements

Education

  • MBA/BBA in Finance & Accounting from a reputed university will be preferred.
  • ACCA/ACMA will be given priority.

Experience

    • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

  • Age 35 to 42 years
  • At least 5-6 years in a managerial position
  • Must have practical experience in the Real Estate industry

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the overall Finance & Accounts operations of the company.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports.
  • Manage cash flow, banking, treasury, and fund management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor project costing, profitability, and financial feasibility analyses.
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Strengthen internal controls systems and implement audit recommendations.
  • Support management with strategic financial planning and decision-making.
  • Monitor project costs and revenue recognition.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs for business performance.
