Responsibilities & Context

Koncept Furniture Ltd. is looking for some dynamic professionals for the positions of “Manager / GM-Sales & Operation (Imported Furniture) those who have to sell highly segmented imported furniture. To feel up the circulated positions we are seeking applications from the competent professionals who have adequate knowledge of selling imported furniture with maintaining high profile customer base relations, showroom operational activities & business development.

  • Lead the whole sales & marketing team and fully responsible for operational activities for boosting up the business growth of Koncept Furniture Ltd.
  • Create the business plan for increase of sales at high volume.
  • Prepare plan for Business Development of Corporate Sales, Showroom sales, Direct or Retail Sales Strategy with B2B & B2C.
  • Preparation of Presentation for the proposal and assigned subject matters to the Management for business development.
  • Responsible for increase of sell at office, residential area & multi storied buildings with prospective area.
  • Responsible for create customers directory & hunting customers directly.
  • Responsible to meet prospective various selling points, Interior Firms to increase of business arena.
  • Convince clients in terms of products to increase of sell at high volume.
  • Achieve sales target given by Management.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients, corporate houses & targeted clients of all sphere.
  • Follow up and visit prospective customers & clients regularly.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully executing the sales plan.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, regular follow-up with client.
  • To look after Advertisement & direct or retail sales, product promotion activities if need with.
  • To look after & strongly monitoring customer queries, corporate sales & customer retention, review and report on all sales activities and maintain good relation.
  • Keep the management update on periodical sales progress. Can lead buyer meeting independently.
