The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the knitting department, including production planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Ensure that knitting machines and equipment are properly maintained and utilized to achieve optimal production efficiency.
Independently manage 156 circular knitting machines (Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib Interlock, Engineering Stripe, CBC Fleece, Velour).
The production follows up as per the RPM of the machine and ensures 100% quality fabric delivery to the Dyeing section.
Follow up GSM and Día tolerance as per SOP.
Capable of handling 60 tons of knitting capacity per day and managing the entire knitting.
Estimate machine requirements, working hours, working days & manpower as per fabric category and quantity.
Monitor on-time delivery according to production start and end reliability as per plan.
Root cause analysis for low production, rejection, and CPA.
Establish KPI to facilitate the monitoring of production performance
