Education

B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Diploma in Textile Engineering or Graduate in any discipline with vast experience in knit fabric production & planning.
Education may be relaxed for experienced candidate.

Additional Requirements

Age at least 30 years
Experience in large Composite Knit Industries will be added as advantage.
Must be Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and E-mail operation.

All kinds of technical design & vast knowledge about dia, GSM, shrinkage is must.
All kinds of fabric fault must be detected & corrective knowledge has to be in sight.
Planning, monitoring and execution of Knitting Production according to schedule.
Close liaison with Merchandising department as well as with the Production Team to track the supply status of Fabric which requires feed in the line in time to meet the target.
Participate in planning, programming and scheduling of each and every Order execution in Knit fabric Production.
Assist all the necessary work to the Executive Director to expedite error free and smooth unit operation and production.
Implementing plan & procedure to meet daily Knitting production target and ensure the quality of the product.
Fabric Receiving and Fabric Utilization track record and Fabric Inventory.
Keep proper record keeping method to justify each analytical report.
Must have experience in Manpower Selection, Recruitment and Floor administration work.
Any other related jobs that may assign by the Management.
