Must have proven record of working in a Buying House or in a reputed garment company in Manufacturing, Marketing & Merchandising for at least 10 years.
Must have good track record of experience in reputed companies.
Must be self-driven, creative, able to grasp and implement the assignments quickly .
Must possess the ability to work under challenging environment .
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written) .
Good Computer skill.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

Candidates who are 12 to 15 years working experience with Marketing and Merchandising in a reputed Knit composite garments industry are requested to apply for AGM (Marketing & Merchandising).

Responsibilities:

Responsible to manage 30 to 35 production lines independently.
Candidate must have the ability to develop new customer.
Must be able to handle development stage activities independently
Manage client account from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain
Working with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to Customers
Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Customers and obviously meet the time line
Must have sound knowledge about fabric, consumptions, product costing & pricing process/procedure
Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.
Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
To arrange all kinds of fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for production .
Ability to deal with the Customers independently from inquiry level to shipment of orders .
Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non-Conformity (NC).
Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions .
Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
