• Preferably an MBA in Marketing or Management from any reputed university.

Experience

• Age at most 40 years

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at any reputed organization.

• The applicant with extensive experience in marketing copper busbars, copper strips, plywood, particle board, melamine board, veneer board, MDF board, PVC sheets, and PVC ceilings will be given priority.

• Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationship.

• Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).

• Organizing and time management skills.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Plan, lead, coordinate and communicate with the marketing team.
• Maintain primary and secondary sales management.
• Training, guiding, motivating the sales team and evaluating the team members performance.
• Investigate and forecast demand for the company’s products.
• Visit different organizations/ places for developing business and creating new clients.
• Follow-up, correspondences and documentation on regular basis with clients.
• Maintain close relationships with existing and potential clients to adopt policies and strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the authority.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Negotiable (Approx. Salary Range: 75000 – 100000)
