Responsibilities & Context

• Should have minimum 12 years of experiences in Marketing/Merchandising Operations in RMG Sector.
• Capability to lead a team of 4 to 5 Merchants / Assistant Manager.
• Sourcing of orders, coordination with buyers/ factories.
• Smooth and efficient correspondence and communication with buyers, locally as well as internationally.
• Capable of preparing costing sheets and pricing.
• Should have hands on experience in sourcing, merchandising & buying, product development.
