Job Purpose:

  • The AGM, Outdoor Sales shall be responsible for driving patient referrals and partnerships through direct engagement with doctors, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. This role involves generating leads, developing relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting the hospital’s services. The primary goal is to raise awareness about the hospital’s capabilities and increase patient inflow by building a robust referral network.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential referral sources, including general practitioners, specialists, clinics and diagnostic centers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive patient referrals, ensuring monthly/ quarterly/ yearly targets are met.
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers and referral sources to present the hospital’s services, highlighting its unique offerings and advanced treatment options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare providers and community leaders to foster a steady stream of patient referrals.
  • Act as a liaison between referral partners and the hospital, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of issues or inquiries.
  • Facilitate referral agreements and partnerships with organizations or networks that can drive patient flow to the hospital.
  • Raise awareness of the hospital’s services, expertise and patient care standards through targeted outreach activities.
  • Analyze competitor activities, local healthcare market trends and patient demographics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather market feedback to understand healthcare providers’ needs and concerns and use it to adjust the sales approach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials supporting sales initiatives and enhancing referral partners’ engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with referral sources, tracking leads, feedback, and follow-up actions in the system.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, leads generated and performance against targets.
  • Analyze referral data to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies and recommend adjustments for improvement.
  • Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, promotions, and outreach strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members involved in outreach activities.
  • Any other relevant task assigned by the management.
