Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
Experience
-
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
- Age 32 to 40 years
- Only Male

Responsibilities & Context
- Production Monitoring: Daily monitoring of production lines to ensure targets are achieved (OTIF – On Time in Full).
- Quality Control: Maintain high quality, reducing defects (DHU%), and ensuring AQL standards in finishing.
- Planning & Coordination: Review production, material, and machinery planning, and coordinate with merchandising for TNA (Time & Action) calendar compliance.
- Efficiency Improvement: Implement Industrial Engineering (IE) techniques to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Technical Support: Oversee pre-production meetings, sample approvals, and technical adjustments to meet buyer specs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to improve skills and reduce absenteeism.
