- Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the teammates.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
- Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
- Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
- Proper knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power point
Responsibilities & Context
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote yarn dyeing services and products.
- Search & expand new markets and develop a new customer base to increase sales volume and revenue generation.
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and analyze market trends.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with the production department to ensure timely delivery of dyeing orders as per customer requirements.
- Providing technical assistance and support to customers in selecting appropriate dyes or colorants for their specific needs.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements with clients.
- Monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
- Preparing sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and analyzing sales performance against targets.
- Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, or conferences to showcase dyeing products/services and generate leads.
- Coordinating with other departments such as logistics or finance for smooth order processing and payment collection.
- Updating Yarn’s Price list. & Follow up orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Preparing “Pro Forma invoices (PI)” and “Yarn Dyeing Order” and submitting scanned copies to the buyer through the mail.
- Keep liaison with Buyer for marketing activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
- Any other task assigned by the higher management.
