Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Post-graduate Diploma in Marketing and training in Sales & Marketing preferred for this role.

Experience

  • At least 10 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets for cosmetics products.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment in product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, track sales activities, and prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings to represent the company and promote cosmetics products.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in cosmetics to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage budget and resources effectively to optimize sales operations and achieve desired financial results.
  • Develop new service offers and get approval from management.
  • Follow up with sales points and ensure on-time payment collection.
  • Any other task assigned by Management.
