Additional Requirements

To Ensure Steam Boiler Operation Maintenance & Troubleshooting also Steam Supply Schedule maintenance of process Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Utility machinery, and Sub Station Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery.
To ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Cutting, Sewing, Printing, Embroidery, Generator, Boiler & Compressor.
To develop operation & maintenance policies, procedures, and manuals.
To maintain Periodic check Factory all pipe line (Steam) And Take corrective maintenance works.
To list out and maintain necessary spare parts for all equipment and machinery.
Installation, Operation & Maintenance of Boiler & Water Treatment Plant.
To Ensure boiler steam to Production floor.
To Ensure Section Daily Steam Production, Fuel & Chemical Consumption report.
Maintain the all kind of Boiler Spare Parts, tools.
Any other task assigns by the management.
