  • Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Master of Business Management (MBM) in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Experience

    Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 33 to 40 years
  • Education can be relaxed for experienced person.
  • Must have at least 8 to 15 years’ experience in Maintenance/Production/Plastic-Polymer industries machinery Sales and marketing /Business Operations in plastic/Polymer Industries.
  •  Must have knowledge latest any of the Plastic/polymer industries machineries like Injection Molding Machine, Industrial Take out Robot, Injection Blow Molding Machines, Extrusion Blow Molding Machine, PET Blow machine , Rotational Molding machine, all types of Extruders (PVC,HDPE, Flexible/Garden, Braided and corrugated hose pipe, Channel/profile, film, Door, Sheet, panel, PP/PE woven thread, Fabricated thread etc. extruder), Plastic automation related machineries, plastic Recycling machineries.
  •  Depth and vast knowledge/working experience about Plastic/Polymer industry related machineries Maintenance, Production, Factory/Plant/Facility/Business operation/Operation Management.
  •   Must have hands on experiences on plastic/polymer industries machineries- Maintenance, Different types of Plastic Raw material, Production planning, Plastic Engineering and different types of plastic processing types of methods / system/production process etc.
  •   The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry particularly household and Furniture, Industrial product, Plastic Toy industries, Plastic Related Building and development material products (Pipe, Door, Sheet. Window, uPVC & cPVC Fittings) , Sanitary industry’s plastic product, Electrical and Electronic Equipment’s/ Home Appliances related plastic parts, Automotive industries, Medical related plastic Product , medical instrument/ cosmetic / medicine /food/ Drinking Line/beverage line / pesticide etc. Plastic related packaging industries item, plastic related Footwear and FMCG Industry. Design develops and maintenance of Mold of Plastic/polymer industries, different types of Mold’s metal grade, CNG machineries for tool room, Plastic/ Polymer Industries machineries sales and marketing. Machinery Service Company, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies.
  •  Must have Special depth technical Knowledge about Injection Molding machine, Injection Blow Molding machine, Blow Molding machine, PET Blow molding machine, Rotational Molding machine, Take Out Robot, Different types of Extruders, Calendaring Machine etc., Their required model selection Installation and commissioning, troubleshooting process, all this type of Machine selection process based on customer needs, to inform and educate the customer about the latest automation based technology and the technical know-how based on customer requirement.
  • Have Adequate knowledge about Import and export related rules and regulation, Banking tasks like LC procedure, Shipping Line/BANK/NBR/BIDA/Customs/Department of Explosives, Fire, Environment related License /legal procedure, Factory/ Business related Trade Licence, IRC, TAX , Vat TIN/BIN certification and their Calculation etc commercial related job, Compliance related Certification Like QMS, FSMS, Social compliance etc.
  •  Must Know AutoCAD (2D/3D), Solid Works (professional), Mold Design, CAD/CAM knowledge, MS Office Application.
  • Experience regarding Industrial Take-out Robot and Extruder selling/handling/operating experience will add additional benefit for the said position.
  • Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
  • Good Command over English in speaking and writing.
  • Should Have strong business communication skills.
  • Strong Convincing power based on any situation or demand.
  • Excellent management and technical skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  •  Responsible for Sales of different types of Plastic/polymer industry’s Machineries.
  •   Identify/develop new business opportunities, penetrate new and existing market/customers and understanding market trends to capitalize on growth potential and gain a competitive advantage.
  • Plan and carry out DAILY sales activities to achieve sales target with ensuring Sales Forecasting & Annual business plan of the division,
  •  Plan, Develop and implement sales and marketing activities Daily, weekly and monthly basis and making strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned area/territory.
  • Provide product recommendations and solutions to existing and new customers.
  • Meet with client on a regular basis to brief on products technical overview & Service issues.
  • Monitor, Report making and analyze sales performance metrics, including daily sales activity, sales pipeline, customer conversion/visiting rates, and customer satisfaction, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  •  Understands the importance of timely follow up with customers, managers and staff making communication a top priority. Give Top Priority to meet customer demands/Needs on time.
  • Must be able to effectively identify, communicate and work through customer needs, problems regarding old and new projects.
  •  Responsible for Effective Professional Selling Principles in the working environment. Increase overall revenues through increased customer base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and build new relationships with potential key customers.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Sales and Support calls, Presentations, and communication of issues between corporate, retail network and individual customer’s need.
  •   Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, Businessman including Company/ Factory/ business Owner, Director, Executive Director, CEO, CFO, Head of Plant/Factory, Manager, Business Head, Chief/Head/GM/DGM/AGM of Plant Engineer, Commercial Person, key management person, Supervisor, Banker, Doctor, Healthcare facilities, Business association leaders etc. professionals.
  •  Listens attentively to others, asks clarifying questions, actively listens, stays open to other viewpoints, manages distractions and interruptions.
  •  Understand digital marketing.
  •  Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand and product.
  •   Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess market dynamics, customer needs, and product positioning.
  •  Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
  •  Lead the team from the front, Identify, qualify, develop sales and Marketing plans for Plastic/polymer industries machineries, Business and follow business opportunities in new market segments & existing market segments.
  •  Lead a team of Engineers & Sales personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
  •  Strong communication, teamwork and adaptability. Collaborate with internal teams, including service engineers, technical support, and product management and accounts to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with customer requirements and company capabilities. Provide guidance and motivation to employees.
  • Plan and project a revenue and pipeline with realistic Profit and Loss to meet Company’s financial targets. Cost Controlling and expense minimizations with profit maximization mentality.
  •   Responsible and oversee day-to-day Company’s operations; develop and execute the Company’s business strategies for growth.
  •  Develop, Implement, ensure and obey company policies, processes and guidelines are communicated and adhered to.
