5 years of relevant experience in agriculture, contract farming, organic crops, or seed management.
FMCG background preferred.
In-depth knowledge of organic farming techniques, including pest management, crop rotation, and soil conservation.
Strong hands-on experience in organic farming practices, crop management, and seed production.

Develop and implement contract farming models specifically for organic crops and seed production.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contracted farmers and guide them on organic farming practices.
Oversee crop management, including seed selection, soil health management, and pest control.
Monitor crop progress, quality, and yield to ensure the achievement of contract targets.
Ensure compliance with organic farming regulations and certifications.
Conduct regular field visits and provide on-site technical assistance to farmers.
Coordinate with the supply chain team for the timely collection and distribution of crops.
Maintain detailed records of contracts, field activities, and farmer performance.
The workplace is in the field.
