Requirements
Education
- B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursery management or plant production.
- Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, irrigation, and pest management.
- Ability to analyze plant growth issues and provide practical solutions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor and improve plant growth and health.
- Develop and implement fertilization and irrigation plans.
- Identify and manage plant diseases and pests.
- Supervise nursery operations, propagation, and planting activities.
- Maintain growth records and prepare project reports.
- Conduct trials and recommend techniques to improve plant performance.
