Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Agriculture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), E-commerce, Agro based Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or agro-sector marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
• Knowledge of agricultural products, supply chains, and e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute field activities to onboard farmers and gardeners to the Dr.Chashi app.
• Conduct R&D on Dr.Chashi’s target audience, agro-input companies, retailers, and food production businesses.
• Drive sales of White-Labeled Dr.Chashi, AgrowChain, and other Genius Farms Limited products and services.
• Identify and onboard agro-input companies and retailers to Dr.Chashi E-Commerce.
• Implement strategies to enhance agro-input sales through Dr.Chashi E-Commerce and F-Commerce.
• Work with graphic designers to prepare engaging content for the Dr.Chashi F-Commerce Page.
• Develop and maintain product catalogs and listings for Dr.Chashi E-Commerce and F-Commerce.
• Assist farmers in listing and selling crops via Dr.Chashi’s Buyer Portal.
• Engage and onboard companies that buy directly from farmers using Dr.Chashi Buyer Portal.
• Establish partnerships with NGOs and organizations for listing courses on Dr.Chashi Training & Certification Platform.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales for Dr.Chashi’s training courses.
