Strong knowledge of deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision, and NLP.
Excellent team leadership skills and experience growing high-performance teams.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with large datasets and distributed systems for training and inference.

Develop and implement the AI strategy to align with business goals.
Lead AI research to create innovative and scalable solutions.
Build, mentor, and lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
Work with product, engineering, and operations teams to use AI to improve products and processes.
Design and deploy machine learning models for computer vision, NLP, reinforcement learning, and more.
Set technical standards and best practices for AI and ML development.
Present AI initiatives and results to leadership, providing insights on business impact.
Use machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
Deploy AI services using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Use distributed training strategies on GPUs for deep learning models.
Use data engineering tools like Apache Spark and Kafka for data pipelines.
Use Docker and Kubernetes for scalability and reproducibility.
Use Git for version control and team collaboration.
Track project progress with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Apply MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
