7-8 Yrs. and proven experience in air export operations within a
freight forwarding company / Air Lines.
Strong knowledge of IATA rules, export regulations, and customs clearance processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Candidate must have solid experience about AMS/eManifest and other international rules and regulations.

- Manage and oversee the entire air export operations process.
- Handle export documentation, airline bookings, and compliance with international regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, agents, and customers.
- Ensure timely cargo movement and smooth coordination with customs and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and supervise the export team to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs, costs, and service quality to improve efficiency.
