Responsibilities & Context
- Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions about travel reservations, ticket modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns through phone, email, or chat.
- Travel Information: Provide customers with accurate, up-to-date info on flight schedules, airline policies, baggage allowances, visa requirements, and other essential travel details.
- Payment Processing: Process booking payments, ensuring the accuracy and security of all financial transactions, including cash payments.
- Customer Feedback: Proactively seek feedback and suggestions from customers to enhance service quality and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Communication with stakeholders: With travel agencies, OTAs, Airlines and GDS personnel.
- Interpreting IATA and ATAB regulations.
- Maintain all IATA accreditation documents.
