Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a competent, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our Finance & Accounts team as Assistant Manager. The selected individual will be responsible for managing both routine and non-routine financial operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Routine/Regular Job:
- Reconciliation of accounts and statements.
- Accounts preparation and maintenance of financial records.
- Financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Accounts analysis to support business decision-making.
Non-Routine/Periodical Job:
- Adjustment entries and year-end closing activities.
- Accounts Payable (AP) creation and vendor management.
- Supervision of junior team members and guiding daily tasks.
- Documentation of financial transactions and records.
- Any task assigned by the Supervisor/Management.
