Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies,Plastic/ Polymer Industry,Tiles/Ceramic,Steel,Electric Wire/Cable
Additional Requirements
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Creative writing and content development capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Team player with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
Familiarity with modern L&D tools and techniques.
Responsibilities & Context
- Identify training and development needs through Training Needs Assessment (TNA), performance reviews, and consultation with department heads.
- Design, coordinate, and evaluate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Support in implementing competency frameworks, career development paths, and succession planning.
- Take ownership of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural events.
- Assist in the development and publication of the company’s in-house newsletter, including content creation, employee highlights, and layout coordination.
- Prepare and present L&D-related MIS reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure L&D and engagement strategies align with organizational goals.
