Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate drafts of various policies and SOPs by gathering AS IS data, and prepare comparative statements to align proposed requirements with existing practices

• Ensure that approved policies and SOPs are properly circulated, explained, and understood by all employees

• Standardize and implement various approval formats to maintain consistency across all clusters

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and generate insightful reports that support data-driven decision-making

• Follow up and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved

• Execute HR project-based tasks and ensure their timely handover to designated personnel for seamless transition and implementation in the operational phase

• Any other job assigned by the supervisor
