Assist Collection Officer in daily operation of the assigned collection booth and be prepared to conduct daily operation in absence of any collection officer assigned by management.
Assist Collection Officer in ensuring that the paid amount matches with the billed amount mentioned in bill copy and application software (where applicable).
Assist Collection Officer in timely inputs in the application software and maintain reports and records of payment transactions per guidelines.
Communicate with assigned staff of ‘Payments & Transactions for clearing of cheque or other instruments that required immediate attention.
Communicate with software vendors for any kind of support needed.
Assist Collection Officer in timely reporting on transactions and other relevant information as instructed.
Responsible for validating the identity of the CIT personnel before handing over cash or instruments.
Responsible for ensuring cleanliness and branding standards of the booth premises (both inside and outside) through assigned cleaning services.
Ensure that all assets in the collection booth are properly tagged and endorsed in register.

Ensure compliance through checking multiple instruments on regular basis.
