Responsibilities & Context
Generate client leads through online market research
Reach out to the leads through cold calls.
Persuade and negotiate with the potential clients to use our service and thereby close the deal.
Look for new business opportunities on vendor clients.
Source and place the candidates with the suitable job roles on direct and vendor clients.
Build a solid rapport with direct and vendor clients to ensure long-term business with their organizations.
Provide on-call support to the Team.
Prepare daily and weekly reports, weekly planner, and any other necessary reports as and when required by the senior managers.
