Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
Diploma in Medical Ultrasound
Additional Requirements
Age At least 25 years
Only Female
DMU / relevant postgraduate qualification or certified training in Ultrasonography
Valid BMDC registration
Previous experience in performing and reporting ultrasonography is preferred
Strong diagnostic and reporting skills
Good communication and patient-management skills
Responsibilities & Context
Perform ultrasonography examinations accurately and professionally
Conduct abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, and other routine ultrasound examinations
Prepare clear and accurate ultrasound reports
Identify and document relevant findings for the referring physician
Maintain proper patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
Ensure appropriate handling and operation of ultrasound equipment
Maintain a professional and patient-friendly approach during examinations
