Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- The applicants should have 5 to 10 years’ experience in the Garments Accessories Business in the Poly Section.
- Should be well-behaved, honest, and able to work timely.
- Positive attitude, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Providing reports to management with feedback.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good Communication skills, and good typing speed in Bangla and English.
- Computer Skill: Microsoft Office Applications.
Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor and control all production processes in the Poly Section.
- Monitor production targets every hour of the day.
- Report to the production head about daily & total production status according to order and style.
- Distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connections with the respective department.
- Check the layout plan in order to achieve maximum production.
- Inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
- Ensure the good quality of the products.
- Follow the principle of cost-minimizing.
- Supervise and manage the entire production process, from raw material input to finished product output.
- Any other tasks relevant to this role assigned by management.
- Job Location: Horindhara, Tanary Road, Hemayetpur-1340, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
