Requirements
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Trading or Export/Import
Additional Requirements
- Age 27 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Understanding of offset printing processes
- Knowledge of pre-press and post-press machines
- Familiarity with printing materials and production workflow
- Understanding of color theory and color management systems
- Hands-on experience with press chemicals and consumables
- Provide support in sales activities, especially for chemicals and consumables
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with good problem-solving ability
- Willing to travel for site visits and provide field-level support.
Responsibilities & Context
- Provide printing related technical support for KOMORI machines.
- Provide application support across pre-press & press operations.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency and print quality.
- Guide customers on proper use of printing materials, inks, varnish and consumables.
- Support color management processes, including use of devices such as X-Rite.
- Advise on and promote press chemicals (fountain solution, roller wash and plate cleaner, etc.).
- Conduct customer training on machine operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service and management) for smooth operations.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
