- Conducting laboratory tests to ascertain results.
- Proficient technical skills and computer literacy.
- Compiling reports and providing assistance to physicians as needed.
- Morning/Evening shift duty.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near Mirpur
Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct laboratory analyses involving blood, urine, tissue, and various other samples in accordance with established protocols.
- Demonstrate proficiency in obtaining blood samples from patients, particularly excelling in the management of critical pediatric cases.
- Efficiently receive, label, and analyze a variety of samples, including blood and tissue specimens.
- Utilize specialized laboratory instruments, such as microscopes, centrifuges, and automated analyzers.
- Ensure the proper organization and storage of all chemicals, fluids, and compressed gases in accordance with safety regulations.
- Verify that laboratory equipment is accurately calibrated and operational, while also checking the quality and expiration dates of chemicals and reagents.
- Follow stringent procedures and quality control protocols to guarantee precise results, and analyze data to detect any abnormalities or trends.
- Conduct laboratory tests in line with established procedures, document findings, and interpret the outcomes.
- Meticulously record all data and results in the necessary formats, both in written and electronic forms.
- Consistently comply with all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
