Undertake design work specifically for commercial hotel and resort projects, encompassing all stages from concept to detailed design.
Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Leverage advanced visualization tools to produce realistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs, enhancing client understanding and engagement.
Conduct lighting analysis and material selection processes to ensure visual accuracy and persuasive presentations.
Review and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to execute design solutions.
Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
