Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,BRAC University,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University students will get preference

Experience

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age 26 to 32 years

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent design aesthetics, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Understanding of sustainability and smart design principles.

Responsibilities & Context

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, 3D visuals, and construction documents using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are implemented during construction.

• Provide technical support during bidding, budgeting, and client meetings.

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs, including preliminary sketches, detailed drawings, and specifications.

• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, structural, electrical, plumbing and other professionals during the project lifecycle.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules.

• Stay current with design trends and advancements in architectural technology.

• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

• Ensure all architectural designs adhere to zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
