Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare layout plans, working drawings, 3D visualizations and presentation sheets.
• Develop creative and functional designs in line with client requirements and project goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering and construction teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors as needed.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Utilize AI-powered applications (e.g ChatGPT,Midjourney,Veras) for concept generation, rendering and design documentation.
