- Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and requirements.
- Manage design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Develop and present project proposals.
- Adjust designs and plans to meet clients’ needs.
- Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Determine and adhere to project budgets and timelines.
- Manage project teams and collaborate with other construction professionals.
- Work with teams across business lines, including remote locations, and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
- Modify existing plans and elevations to meet client and sales requirements.
