Responsibilities & Context
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and project requirements.
- Manage design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Develop and present design proposals and adjust them according to client feedback.
- Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, specifications, budgets, and construction documents.
- Conduct research and prepare feasibility and environmental impact reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and local planning regulations.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and design deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants, and other construction professionals.
- Create 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentation materials for client meetings.
- Collect and maintain samples of building and interior materials, updating the materials database regularly.
