Additional Requirements
- Diploma degree in architecture from any reputed institute.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial design.
- Proficiency in RAJUK sheet-making and submission processes.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context
- Design and development of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with RAJUK regulations and guidelines, including sheet making and submission.
- Strong knowledge of BNBC regarding factory design.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate all design aspects.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
