- Practical work experience in landscape
- Solid high-end interior design experience, Fluency in AutoCAD, Fluency in Sketch Up, V-Ray, Working Design, Layout Design, New Site Visit, 3D visualization, BOQ
Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate and lead the interior design team as a senior architect.
- Follow up leads.
- Visit clients and make sales.
- Take client requirements properly and brief the design team.
- Collaborate with the design team and get quality designs prepared by them.
- Prepare quotations and presentations for clients.
- Prepare designs based on client requirements.
- Handle client queries and ensure after sale support.
