Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an experienced candidate for Architect position who will be able to work for both Interior and Exterior Solution.
- He will be also responsible for project and construction management, project monitoring and overall project coordination in both effective & efficient manner.
- Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
- Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Sketch up, V-ray Render, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects and other relevant Software).
- The applicants should have experience in creative Exterior Design and Interior Design. Prepare all types of working drawings,3D models, Interiors and create animations.
- Sound knowledge in residential, commercial Industrial factory building and keeping a record of project properly.
- Develop design according to the requirements and concept. Prepare full working drawing set for contractor.
- Visit sites and supervise activities to ensure compliance with drawings/specification.
- Revise plan during construction, if any modification required. Prepare detail drawing of landscaping & decorative features for site.
- Prepare design specification, finish schedule, door and window detail, material, costs and construction schedule. (as per requirements from the client).
- Liaison with Architect & check the drawing and forwarded for construction.
- Should involve in design development, working drawings and presentation drawings.
- Close contact with execution or concern site in charge to ensue proper execution.
- Preparing all type of reports concerning design section.
- Provide necessary support to ensure sample collection and delivery.
- Top supervision of all concerns projects.
- Monitor weekly action plan/checklist & Update weekly project progress report.
