Additional Requirements
- Having good knowledge on Real estate building design and DAP (Detailed Area Plan) 2022-35.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating knowledge of architectural visualization, graphics presentation, layout, and composition.
Responsibilities & Context
- FAR Calculation based on current rules.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project requirements.
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to integrate architectural plans into the overall project development process.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate existing conditions, and ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction to incorporate innovative and sustainable solutions into projects.
- Provide guidance to junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
