Responsibilities & Context
Context:
Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover. Oriental Group is looking for an energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive Architect who has at least 3 years experience in the similar field.
Job Responsibilities:·
- Preparing the Preliminary Layout Plan or Proposal considering the findings of FAR Analysis and as per Guideline of Dept. Head/Sr. Architect.
- Preparing all required Architectural Drawings for construction purpose as per Guideline of Dept. Head/Sr. Architect·
- Supervising Drawings for Approval Authorities like CDA, City Corporation, WASA, PDB etc.
- During Construction, visiting the sites at different phases as per instruction of Dept. Head/ Sr. Architect.
- Visiting Different Showrooms for Gathering updated information regarding materials, fittings, furniture etc.
- To ensure deadlines are met on time, on budget and on target of the project.
- Reviewing of existing Design consulting with the Dept. Head/ Sr. Architect, which may be required to:
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
